I’m pretty convinced that I am disproportionate. Or I should say I was convinced. Usually, rompers are not my thing. Rompers simple don’t fit me. I think that my torso is a little bit too long and my legs are a little bit too short for rompers to work. I wish this were different, but it’s just how it’s always been, until I found this one.
I was just shopping away at Zara and picked up this super cute blue dress (so I thought!). When I went to try it on, I realize that it was a romper, with pockets! In Zara’s clothing, I always size up because A, my shoulder are too broad, and B, I feel more comfortable in their clothing when I size up. I usually wear a size 2 all around, but in Zara’s clothing, I always wear a size medium.
I think that is part of the reason why this romper fits me— because I sized up. While this blue romper does fit, when I lift my hands up in the air, it does become a little bit too short on me. I can deal with that, though!
I am completely in love with this romper because it looks like a dress but it’s a romper… Kind of like the whole “short” idea but for a dress.
The sleeves on this dress are my favorite. They are just the cutest style, hit at the perfect spot, and I think that this dress will be great all summer long! I also love it for twirling in! :)
When I purchased this outfit, I knew exactly where I wanted to wear it for my photoshoot- the Eiffel Tower of course! There is something magical about pictures at the Eiffel Tower. Everything is so airy, fun, and happy. The pictures of the blue romper at the Eiffel Tower completely met my vision and expectations!
I hope y’all are enjoying these fashion posts!
