Ah, my favorite time of the summer- school shopping. I love to shop for my new school supplies.
For me, having a planner is really important because it keeps me organized, it helps me stay on task, and I can keep track of what I have to do without getting too stressed.
If you’re like me, you want your planner to be unique, but you want it to be functional. I like my planners to reflect my personality and my interests, and that can be hard when trying to buy a planner!
Some good options for purchasing planners are Lilly Pulitzer, Kate Spade, or Erin Condren. So many people have these planners, though, so it is hard for me to have a planner that is unique for my taste!
I decided to run over to Target to buy a planner. At first, I didn’t see what I wanted, though. Last year, I had a planner, but it was way too big! I wanted to make sure that this year, it was smaller and more compact.
I finally found what I was looking for, though! I found this planner by Susy Jack! Her planners are super cute with cute patterns. I picked out the one with the clear cover with a piece of printed paper in the sleeve.
What I did next was I went online, got some graphics off of Google, and I printed them out on 8X5 paper. I then slipped the graphic inside of the sleeve, and there! It’s finished!
This ended up being really simple, and the best part is that I can change the design on the front anytime I want to! I might put my schedule inside for the first week of class. You can also print a Lilly Pulitzer pattern to slip inside. I think that this is a really cute way of customizing your planner because you get what you want. My planner cost under $10, and then all I needed was a printer and a picture, so this planner cost me under $10, compared to the other planners that cost $25+.
