It’s hard enough finding a good workout playlist, let alone getting yourself to the gym. Once I get myself to the gym, I like to have good music (like everyone else) or else time goes by slowly. Although, I do like to watch Netflix while I’m doing cardio on a machine- it helps time go by quickly! P.S. I just started “Friday Night Lights.” I love it. I have only watched five or so episodes but I am loving it!
I think that music is so important for a workout because it can affect your mood. If you are listening to slow music, you definitely will not want to workout and you will probably want to go home and sit on the couch or sing loudly in the car… Or is that just me? When I am listening to exciting music that has a fast beat, I feel like I have a better workout and time flies by! I have a playlist with a bunch of songs for working out, but here are some of my favorites!
On this list, there are some old songs, like really old, but they are still goodies! My ultimate favorite song on my workout playlist is “Fight Song.” I really don’t think that I will ever be sick of that song.
