We are still in Paris! We have about a week left in Europe before we go home and I can’t believe it! Today the first time I got out of the apartment was when we went to go eat lunch. We tried a new burger place, situation right next to the Thai place that we love.
This restaurant is similar to Five Guys in a sense. Homemade French fries, burgers, and really fast service. I ended up getting a chicken burger, which probably wasn’t the smartest decision on my part, considering the restaurant is known for the beef burgers. I do have to say that the French fries were very good, though!
As soon as we finished lunch, it started pouring. Pouring as in wind+rain+broken umbrella. It was not fun. My mom and I tried to make the most out of it by going shopping. I’d say that the shopping brightened my mood a bit!
By the time we were finished shopping, it was time to meet my dad back at the apartment! Even though this is my fourth time visited Paris, we had never seen Saint Chapelle. Until today. We went in and saw the beautiful stained glass and the amazing architecture. It is so amazing that this was built in only six years AND it was built in the 1200’s! It is so unbelievable!
After we visited this chapel, we went back to Les Coquottes. This time I just got a Caesar Salad and it met my expectations once again! They also let me get a side of potatoes, even though that specific à la carte item isn’t on the menu. They are so worth it!
We of course had to get the waffle again. I’ve decided that the caramel sauce is better than the chocolate. It just gives it a little something special.
We then went to Gare Saint Lazare to get our tickets out of France. Then back to the apartment! I hope y’all are enjoying these posts!
