When my mom and I saw this green door, we knew that this was the location for the next fashion shoot!
If you’ve seen the pictures on my instagram, or the videos in my vlogs, you’ll know that Venice has some incredible colors. Everything is so vibrant and bright!
One of my favorite things to pack when I travel is a scarf. A scarf can serve many purposes. You can use it as a light shawl, you can use it as an accessory, you can use it in your hair, the possibilities are endless! I have been taking this scarf with me to Europe for the past couple of years because I love it so much! I love the bright, vibrant colors and I love how versatile it is. This scarf goes with nearly every outfit I own! When I travel, I make sure to bring clothes are usually darker in color. For me, this means bringing a scarf and accessories that won’t get dirty easily.
If you watched this packing vlog, you’d know that I centered my wardrobe this trip around black, pink, gray, and white. The only white I really packed was when I packed white tops, so you will NOT be seeing me in white jeans this trip!
I purchased this scarf, I want to say, in my sophomore year of highschool. Guess where I got it! None other, but my favorite store, Target! This scarf is made of linen (I think), so it is very lightweight and it is great for hot days.
Along with this scarf, another staple for my trip is this bag. Funny story about this bag! My mom and I were scrambling to find a bag to bring to Europe two days before we left… I wanted a crossbody bag that was big enough to hold my clunky camera, but small enough to look like an actual purse. I had a few specifications though. It had to be a dark color, it had to have a zipper to close it, and it had to have lots of pockets. I only travel with bags that zip in Europe because I fear getting my things stolen by pick pocketers!
Anyways, my mom ran into Nordstrom Rack (my other favorite store!) to return something and found this bag by Lucky Brand for $28 marked down from $200! When she took it up to the register, the bag only rung up as ONE CENT. As in $0.01. This originally $200 bag cost me one cent. How crazy is that?! There was a glitch in the system and this bag was supposed to be transferred to Seattle, so it only rang up as that price. They didn’t even change the price back to $28, so I guess you can say that my bag is super affordable!
I hope y’all are having a great day today and I hope you’re enjoying following me around Europe via Instagram! Talk to y’all next time!

Can’t believe you scored that bag for 1 cent!! Seriously the best deal ever! And loving all your travel pics lately… that door is awesome!

I never really realized how many purposes you could use a scarf for! I always just wear it the traditional way lol
