Doesn’t it seem like you’re always in search of a new mascara? Well, that always seems to be my deal, anyways. I am constantly looking for the greatest and the newest mascara that will completely transform my lashes. The problem is, most mascaras that a lot of people swear by are at least $30, and why would I spend $30 on a product that I may not even like?
This is a reason I stick to drugstore mascaras. If I don’t like it, no big deal, because I can just buy another one for under $10. And, considering you’re supposed to ditch your mascara after a few months, I definitely don’t want to be spending over $100 on mascaras each year!
Over time with trial and error, I have found my favorites, and I think that they are keepers!
Covergirl LashBlast Volume
I really like this mascara, and it is in my top 5 mascaras of all time, if not my favorite. I love this mascara because it gives great separation to the lashes, it adds length, and it additionally volumizes. I love this mascara so much and I have purchased is countless times!
L’Oreal Telescopic Original Mascara
This is the mascara that I am currently using, and I love this because it makes my eyelashes super black. This is more of a “wet” mascara, meaning that when you apply it, it is more liquidy and has more product on the brush. This is really great for lengthening, too, which seems to be its stronghold.
Maybelline One By One Volum’Express
I haven’t used this mascara in a really long time, mainly because I got attached to the Covergirl mascara and forgot about this one, but I really like this one because it does such a great job of separating your lashes! It is also in a really cute, colorful tube, which is fun!
L’Oreal Voluminous Butterfly Mascara
For this mascara, I mainly like the brush/wand because it is in such a neat, intuitive shape and design. I like this one because it focuses on your outer lashes being the longest, which gives a pretty effect to the eyes. I remember really liking this mascara when I used it, and it was good for everyday, but it was a great layering mascara.
