When we first went to the gardens to take these photos, we did not have a plan as to where we were going to take them. I assumed we were going to the same location as last time, but when I saw this amazing tree with yellow leaves, I knew this was the perfect venue for this fashion post.
I love Birmingham ( and the south in general ) because the leaves are beautiful and the seasons leave me in awestruck wonder. God is so good and He shows so much of His goodness through nature. Anything that has to do with the sky, the trees, and the seasons has me hooked and wanting more. I’ve never seen yellow leaves quite like this before. These leaves are special because they possess a vibrance that is hard to explain and difficult to capture. The beauty is irreplacable and absolutely amazing. Every time I see the leaves coming and going, I am left in awe all over again.
For this fashion post, I wore a winter green dress with a fun cape to compliment the green (and to keep me warm!). Although I don’t like wool, this cape did not bother my sensitive skin. I loved how the yellow on the cape was made bold by the yellow leaves that matched perfectly.
